Let us introduce Rosie, our mule after whom Stubborn Mule Restaurant & Brewery is named. Rosie is a rescue mule. Rosie is blind in one eye, and her previous owner did not want her anymore. She went to auction and got no bids. She went unsold. She had no place to go. Under these conditions, mules such as her are sold to buyers who export them outside of the country for meat consumption. We could not let that happen, so we adopted Rosie. She is our Stubborn Mule.

We have on our beer menu a signature beverage: Rosie’s Red Ale. For every dollar sold of Rosie’s Red Ale, we will donate 10% to local charities. On our “Who We Support” tab, we will list the charity we are supporting at the time.
